North Texas Legacy Estate Sales helps families across Dallas–Fort Worth move through one of the hardest seasons of life without having to explain their mother's china to a stranger in the driveway. We plan the sale, price the collection, stage the home, run the weekend and hand you a check with a plain summary of how it went.
What we do
We are a full-service estate sale company. That means a walkthrough and a written plan before anything is moved, item-by-item pricing researched against what comparable pieces actually sold for in North Texas, boutique staging room by room, photography and promotion to our buyer list, staffed sale days with sales tax handled properly, and an itemized settlement after the last buyer leaves. Families who need the house empty for a closing can add a clean-out, and anyone who wants a starting point first can use our photo-based appraisal tool to learn what a piece is likely worth.

Who builds and runs it
North Texas Legacy Estate Sales is a family-run company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, built by the same team members who walk every estate: appraisers, stagers and sale staff who live here in North Texas. There is no call center and no rotating crew of strangers. The person who appraises your mother's jewelry is the person who sets it out on sale day and the person who answers the phone when you have a question afterwards.

How we work
We stage a home as a collection rather than dismantling it, because buyers respond to a life that is legible and beautiful. We price for the highest total return rather than the highest price on any one item, and we mark down during the sale so the last afternoon still sells. And we document everything, because a family in transition should never have to wonder where something went.
